All sales are final, and all parts are subject to price changes and availability. We do not accept returns or
exchanges unless the products you purchased is/are defective, as determined in our sole and absolute
discretion. Any returns that Racehead Performance Staff that are accepted for returns are subjected to a
35% restocking Fee. Any returns accepted must be within 30 days of date of purchase, be unused
(product seal not broken), and in unopened new box are subjected to inspection. Any part that, in our
opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions and/or
subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for
exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse
any return. No Cancellations or returns on Special Order Parts. “Special Order Parts” refers to any part
that is not in-stock at Racehead Performance. All part information is correct as far as Racehead
Performance knows and any errors will be changed upon notification. All refunds include a credit card
processing fee of 5%. All returns and exchanges must carry the original Racehead Performance invoice
and customer is responsible for all shipping fees on any return or exchange. All return shipments must
be insured, and the client must file any loss/damage claims. When approved for inspection, a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be clearly noted on the shipping
waybill and packaging. Racehead Performance will refuse any incoming shipments without an RMA number.

If a shipment is refused and is returned to Racehead Performance by the carrier, the client will be billed
any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. Items designated as Special Order cannot be canceled once ordered from Racehead Performance. It is up to the customer to confirm that the product’s dimensions, intended purpose, and fitment to customer’s vehicle, as all sales are final. Racehead Performance is not responsible for covering shipping costs for approved returned
merchandise. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the product purchased comply with the local law (county, state, & federal), which the customer resides in. The parts that we provide are intended for Off- Road Use ONLY, unless the stated otherwise. And never to be used on public highways, nor any public road.
